Whenever I talk to a person I feel confident at first but by time my confidence become less because sometime I get stuck between conversation because I search for the words

That drop in confidence mid-conversation is so common, and there's a simple reason it happens: you're not actually losing the words, you're just losing them under pressure, which is a different problem entirely.

A few quick things that help:

When you get stuck searching for a word, don't stop. Say what you can with the words you already have. Instead of freezing while hunting for the exact word, describe around it. "The thing you use to..." or "it's like a smaller version of..." Native speakers do this constantly too, it's not a sign of weak English, it's just how real conversation works.

Also, that dip in confidence partway through is often really just fatigue. Holding a conversation in a second language takes real mental effort, and it adds up minute by minute. It's not that your English gets worse, it's that the strain builds.

The long term fix is more listening and more low pressure speaking practice, so the words you already know become more automatic and less something you have to consciously search for. But in the moment, the best thing you can do is keep talking through the gap rather than stopping. Momentum matters more than perfection.
